Storiel has recently acquired a number of artefacts relating to Normal College, Bangor donated from their archives.
One of the most interesting objects is this knocker that used to hang on the warden’s door. This knocker was found by the original donor in a cupboard in a garage in Northampton. The donor’s father used to be a student at the University College of North Wales in the 1920s and during Rag week, entered into one of Normal College women’s halls of residence and unscrewed this knocker from the warden’s door. Over 80 years later the son decided to return the knocker.
Other items include blazer, scarves, crockery and shields.
